Beleza Medspa has always been a leader in combining several effective treatments into one, much more powerful bundled procedure. The NeoJuvenescence Lift offers the results of a facelift without the downtime, risk and expense. Along theses lines, Beleza is happy to introduce the Time Machine Procedure developed by Dermatologist Tess Maurico MD. The Time Machine procedure combines 3 proven procedures including: micro fractional ablative radiofrequency technology, Microneedling with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), and (1) syringe of filler. The goal of this procedure, like many other procedures at Beleza, is to stimulate collagen production and use your own body to repair and rejuvenate.
If you desire a pick me up, a refreshing of your appearance that actually has science behind it, the Time Machine procedure may be for you. It has the advantage of being non-surgical, quick, economical and with less downtime than other procedures.
Skinfinity RF involves the use of fractional ablative radiofrequency RF technology. A roller with small electrodes is gently moved across the skin which allow the RF to penetrate. The RF removes some old skin as well as introducing deep heat to stimulate collagen formation. The treatment has minimal discomfort and can be used on all skin types. The Micropen utilizes automated microneedling. Small needles are used to penetrate the deep layers of skin. It is this deep layer, the dermis, where sun damage and aging occur the most. The mechanical trauma of the microneedling stimulates collagen synthesis alone. Even more advantageous, is that it also produces small channels where we can introduce anti-aging and rejuvenation serums into the dermis for maximum effect. One of these treatments is Platelet Rich Plasma or PRP. PRP is derived from a blood sample you give before the procedure. The platelets are separated from the sample and activated to release their contents, PRP. Platelets are intimately involved in tissue repair so the PRP is full of natural growth factors and attractants of repair cells. With the small channels created by the micropen, the PRP can be introduced directly into the dermis to begin repair and rejuvenation. Lastly, one syringe of filler is included (injected before your procedure) to give that added lift. What is better than that??
These combination of procedures are all considered generally very safe and can be performed on all skin types. There is no general anesthesia needed and the entire procedure takes about an hour. There will several days of redness, some peeling and swelling, but this usually resolves quickly.
