We offer a wide variety of dermal fillers to meet your needs! Fillers are natural substances injected into the deep layers of the skin. They are used to restore volume to the aging face, smooth permanent lines, and to plump lips.  Dr. Broder aims to provide a more rested and youthful look, not a synthetic appearance that looks overdone. Dr. Broder is trained in advanced injecting techniques to lift sagging skin and correct volume loss utilizing fillers.  There are basically two types of fillers: the hyaluronic acid gels and the stimulatory fillers.

 

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers:

Restylane® / Perlane®        

The idea is simple—Restylane^® and Perlane^® are cosmetic dermal fillers that add volume within the skin. They consist of hyaluronic acid. In the human body, natural hyaluronic acid provides volume and fullness to skin. After treatment with Restylane^® or Perlane^®, the hydrophilic, or "water loving," nature of the hyaluronic acid molecules allows them to bind many times their own weight in water as they slowly break down. This process helps maintain volume for about six months. Perlane® is the newest item of the Restylane® family. Perlane® is the same hyaluronic acid as Restylane®. The difference is the gel particle size. Perlane® is designed for deeper wrinkles. Our office can help you decide which product is best for you. This product lasts at least 9 months.

Juvederm™                 

Juvéderm® injectable gel dermal filler is a nonsurgical, physician-administered treatment. Your healthcare professional eases Juvéderm® under the skin using a fine needle to augment, or fill, the soft tissue of the dermis—the dense inner layer of skin beneath the epidermis—to add volume and diminish wrinkles and folds. Juvéderm® injectable gel is great for your "laugh lines," "smile lines" or "parentheses" (nasolabial folds), or "marionette lines" (oral commissures).  Juvéderm® is a "next-generation" filler. It is made from hyaluronic acid—a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps to hydrate and add volume. Hyaluronic acid may diminish with age, contributing to the formation of wrinkles and folds. Juvéderm® injectable gel works to correct this by restoring hyaluronic acid in your skin, helping to smooth wrinkles and folds.  JUVÉDERM® is the ONLY hyaluronic acid (HA) filler FDA approved* to last up to 1 year.

 

 Stimulatory Fillers:

Radiesse®                      

Radiesse® dermal filler incorporates a patented formulation of CaHA microspheres suspended in a gel carrier and is designed to provide satisfying, long-lasting, cost-effective and safe aesthetic benefits for patients.  The product’s unique calcium-based microsphere technology, along with the proprietary gel technology, helps to restore volume and promotes the growth of the body’s own collagen, providing lasting, but not permanent, augmentation.  Radiesse® dermal filler is the only dermal-filler in the United States with two FDA-approved facial indications.  Radiesse® dermal filler is indicated for the correction of moderate to severe folds and wrinkles, such as nasolabial folds, as well as for facial lipoatrophy. Due to it's different composition, results are visible immediately after the injection and can last 12-16 months, although the procedure can be repeated as often as you wish..  We now have advanced injection techniques utilizing Radiesse, that minimizes trauma to the skin and provides increased anesthesia.  Radiesse® is our filler of choice to sculpt the face and restore volume.  Dr Broder is a black card member injector of Radiesse.
